1960s Rooted Hair Troll Wearing a Crochet Dress

This 1960s troll is wearing a pretty crochet dress. It's previous owner must have really loved her. She has bulging eyes and I am unsure of her brand. Her rooted hair is was makes her so special, in my opinion.
